I can see Hillary, having her grapefruit and coffee at breakfast, looking up from her tablet after reading about the Tweets from Fat Ass, turning to Bill and asking, “Donald Trump? Isn’t he the one who was made to look like a fool by Obama at the Correspondent’s Dinner the night before the Bin Laden raid? Didn’t he used to be somebody?”

In truth the committeedid not say trump was as innocent as the driven snow or that there was no collusion. Fact is they aren’t done yet
One thing that really annoys me:

Sorry about yelling but I live quite near the Mexican border and that is what it was called for the last 51 years I have been around here…came here as a young man. It was trump who called it the “southern border” because he hates Mexicans. On the day he announced his run for office he disparaged Mexicans calling them rapists and criminals and it has only gotten worse with time. So please, stop this “southern border” nonsense, Lets us be respectful of our neighbors. I am sure they would appreciate a little respect.

Good call! Words are important. “Southern Border” coming from Trump likely at the suggestion of Steve Miller sounds malevolent.
This could be too conspiratorial, but maybe Mitch wanted Trump in a good mood so he’d sign-off on the budget deal.
