wow…just watched it. That’s a bad job. Firstly, that the new CEO declined comment, and the guy they did allow to speak just repeated the same answer, over and over. I attached a condensed look at it below for anyone who hasn’t seen what we’re referring too. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, guys.

Trump is a trainwreck, but he should have learned from his Sep 2015 fiasco supporting a fake veterans group.

“Trump duped or worse in fundraiser speech to fake veterans group”
“Rachel Maddow reviews the background of the man behind Veterans for a Strong America, the beneficiary of a Donald Trump fundraiser speech on the USS Iowa, which does not appear to have any membership outside of chairman Joel Arends, and which today had its non-profit status revoked by the IRS.”

I thought it came to a number north of 90%, with pretty much the rest spent on putting on big parties for Bristol to attend and hobnob with Hollywood people.

We’ve finally located Curley!

Oh, man, I had totally forgotten about that.

She is more concerned with garnering a little slice of the Trump spotlight for herself than she is about doing any actual PR work. This is the gal with the bullet necklace that commented she wants one made out of aborted fetuses too.

Real class act.

Well, as long as we’re piling on…

Yup—read about her when she first showed. She hung around the Cruz camp for a while but they wouldn’t give her anything to do because they were sentient enough to see what a dizzbomb she was. And this may prove a weakness with Trump—at some point he has to show some organizing chops and hiring competent people is just not a priority with him.

The grown ups are commenting on the Drumpf’s hissy fit.

@AntiSachetDeThe

This rip off “charity” and Drumpf would be a good fit

I still think there is a pretty good chance its going to become a priority right after the Iowa caucuses.

He could have just shot them and waited for the crowd to roar in approval.

Some of the MSNBC talking heads last night were kicking around the possibility that Trump would not deign to be in a debate with the Democratic nominee. He’ll only hurt himself when he opens his mouth and he couldn’t sustain 30-45 minutes or so of policy presentation. So the question is whether he is so delusional as to believe he can sustain a presidential bid with tweets alone.

#Gawwd’! Has Pierson learned nothing from her Master?

Reporter: “Name one veterans’ group that will benefit from tonight’s event!”

Answer: “We’re going to bring in the best people to see that the funds, and there will be lots of funds…I’m very rich and that’s the beauty of me. The veterans deserve all the money we’re going to raise for them. Those LOSERS at the FOX snoozefest’ should be over here with us helping our vets. We will look into the best ways we can spend the money to help the vets. The vets deserve it. Any organization we choose will be deserving and we will have only the best and most classy people working on it. Sad my opponents just want to go on about the same nonsense as at all the other debates. The people of Iowa are tired of that. We want to give them something real and not the same lame, loser stuff.”

Reporter: “Whuuuuuuuut…”

*Now that’s how The Donald would have handled such an obvious question.

Things change once you become the party’s nominee. The RNC becomes much more involved…after all, he will be running at least partially, on their dime. And the RNC, even the disaster that it is now, is not going to skip the Presidential debates entirely. If he wins, his limited policy positions (build a wall, hate Muslims) is not going to be nearly enough to issue a platform…and as the party leader (that’s what the nominee is), he is going to have to run on the platform the party produces.

Which is another of the many little details I don’t think Trump has actually considered yet in his ego fest. Being the party’s nominee is not just about him anymore. And shirking that aside will devastate him in a general…republicans will stay home in droves or worse yet, vote Democratic.

So its not so much delusional. I just don’t think he has thought this through and realizes what changes it means for him and his lifestyle. Much like his response about his businesses if he becomes President. No, he doesn’t get to just turn them over to his wife and kids…he has to divest himself, or much less likely, put them in a blind trust (I say less likely, because how can you put high profile property in a blind trust? Everyone in the world knows where it is). That’s not a negotiable.

Otherwise, what…are we going to deploy divisions of marines to the Middle East to protect his hotels? THAT’S delusional.

Do you think Trump would start a real war or only twitter to death those he disagrees with?
