Ted Cruz?

With luck he won’t choose Joseph Goebbles

Cruz on the Court is a scary thought

Though don’t be surprised if Kentucky’s senior senator becomes a strong advocate for Cruz.

Now McConnell hasn’t had his say, but about a possible Cruz appointment…

Christie: This is my big chance!

Dems should block whoever Trump nominates, unless by some freak of bipolar timing, he renominates Garland. Let McConnell go nuclear if he wants, but we’re well down the unprecedented path; you don’t get to invalidate the last year of a President’s term for free.

Since the GOP blocked Dem appointment for a year on the grounds that voters should decide and 3 mil more voters voted for Clinton than Trump, we should follow the GOP formula on SCt picks: Either let Obama now or Clinton later make the next pick or let the voters decide who makes the next pick… in four years.

It has to be Louie Gohmert. No trip down a rabbit hole would be complete without that move.

Trump’s Supreme Court list…

A NYT article on what’s likely going to stay lost for awhile.

LOL. tRump gets no appointment to SCrOTUS, because payback is a fucking bitch.

Be mean, be nasty, be hardcore, you Democrat pansies. Appeasement only leads to destruction.

Ted Cruz: We dont plan to have the 9th justice in SCOTUS. Current justices have indicated that they are able to handle the workload efficiently. Besides its only for just 3 years as the 4th year doesnt really count.

By the time Trump and his Republican Congress are done they’ll have invalidated everything positive that’s been legislated or won in the courts since 1960.

Too true, and frankly the sooner the better. Straight party line “No” vote on everything else, with no maneuvers or wrangling or attempt to compromise. Let the fuckers turn this country into a Republican paradise in the first 100 days.

Then let’s see them try to keep it.

If that doesn’t get through some thick skulls, we can call the American experiment a failure and try something else.
