Discussion: Trump Son-In-Law's Paper Revamps Trump Coverage Amid AIPAC Speech Flap

I’d love to know how many of Rump’s supporters lampooned Obama for using a teleprompter but say nothing about Rump doing the same.

Horizontal and vertical ownership…

OK, this is interesting. While I knew all the facts I’m about to put out, it hadn’t clicked in my head.

Jared Kushner is Donald Trump’s son-in-law, and owns the Observer Group. One Trump’s biggest supporters is New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

In addition to owning the New York Observer, The Observer Group also owns PolitickerNJ.com, which covers Christie as well.

Jared Kushner bought PolitickerNJ.com from David Wildstein, who grew up with Chris Christie and would later close toll lanes on a bridge in Fort Lee to get back at a Mayor who wouldn’t endorse Christie.

I don’t think it means anything except … I don’t know what it means.

Trump surrounds himself with World Class advisers and staffers. Sure, he’s not a Jew, and doesn’t know shit about Jews, or Israel, or AIPAC (other than they are “negotiators” like him, and they’re “numbers guys”) but he has Jews who are among his “People.” His world-class fuckable daughter is even married to a Jew, so what’s the problem?!

What a tangled web we weave when…?

And Christie endorsed Trump. I’m surprised he could still eat after having to do that.

“Those who aren’t morally compromised before associating themselves with Trump, are morally compromised soon afterward.”

That’s a direct quote from Two Corinthians, by the way.

You mean the speech that was in such bad taste that AIPAC -of all people - condemned? The speech they literally apologized for?

Maybe these guys ought to stick to their day jobs.

Doubt that is ever a problem for Krispy Kreme

Yes, and after seeing him on teevee recently, his appetite continues unabated.

Not a good thing for him and nothing funny about it.

As AIPAC supporters often quip, “Two Corinthians, three opinions.”

Trump supporters “lampooned” Obama’s use of a teleprompter and used it as just one more tool to try to demean the Black President. There is nothing lower, more dishonest, more hateful, and especially more hypocritical than right-wing low-life conservative scum Republicans.

You are missing the BEST part of this tangled web.
As Asst US Attorney, Chris Christie, Trump - endorser, helped nail Jared Kushner’s father on fraud charges, including a prison term.

Btw, Christie as US Attorney prosecuted Charles Kushner - father of Trump’s son-in-law

I haven’t read it in years but the NY Observer actually used to be a decent newspaper, published Joe Conason every week, gave birth to the Sex and the City column, good coverage of NY media and culture and real estate, but it sounds like it’s turned into shit now.

DAMMIT! I knew that one, too, since it happened in a hotel next to one of my favorite restaurants.

Well played.

I guess conflicts of interest don’t mean a lot to the Trump crowd…

Trump’s son in law is a liar who usually gets away with it. However, he got caught in two lies.
