When one of the people is in charge of an investigation of the other person’s wife a private meeting looks bad.
Do I think they did anything wrong? Absolutely not. But the optics are horrible. If nothing else it takes up news cycles that could be used attacking Trump for a multitude of issues.

And like the foolish clown that he is Herr Drumpf jumped on it and is now spreading it far and wide while Hillary, Obama, and company are making sure the voting public see’s Herr Drumpf as the foolish clown he is.

Trump is an asshole. But, there was no “judgment” to be made here. What were they supposed to do – just keep walking and ignore each other? They know one another. They happen to be in the same place at the same time; they are both pretty busy people, so I am really not seeing a plan to meet and discuss HRC’s email “scandal” – on a tarmac.
