Of course Trump targets women for his ire. Pig.

It is so unbelievable that the Goopers are letting the Oval Office Baby-Bully kick them around and humiliate them like this…

Is “winning” really worth the degradation?? (Looking at you, Jeffy…)

Seems Republican women have more balls than Republican men.

Two Republican women and seven Republican men voted no. Misogynistic bully thinks he can turn her vote with mean-tweeting followed by turning on the charm in a private meeting a la Capito.

As he has attempted to persuade Republicans to hammer out a deal, he has waffled on which approach would make the most sense.

Trump is clueless on how ANYTHING makes the most sense. He's spent 50 years barking orders, scamming creditors and investors and evading blame for whatever stupidity he's most recently engaged in. And now he's President. 50 years of managerial (ahem) habits aren't going to change, He is who he is. Everyone needs to accept that. We can't spend the next 3-1/2 years thinking and hoping he'll become "Presidential" and approach the job in a rational, sober fashion. What we see now is it until Jan, 2021.

Exactly. He has no idea at all what the Senate voted down last night - only that it was a “no” vote when he wanted “yes.” The same will be true all week and his entire presidency with this and every other issue. He will have no idea what the bills say or what they would do.

Of course only the people of Alaska elect her, so that’s a pretty dumb attack.

The one exception to that will be his antennae detecting a bill holds forth the potential to enrich himself, his family and/or business. I think he’s capable of digesting the language of a proposal that accomplishes that.

Trump Hospitals coming soon?

It would have been nice if Obama had taken a more direct approach during the disastrous 2008-2010 obamacare senate votes. He didn’t quite seem to get the hang of the bully pulpit

Yes, it’s a shame that Obamacare never passed.

Hospitals have to write off too many invoices. That would piss him off. I can see him opening or investing in nursing homes, so long as they were structured with a guaranteed fee paid system (as in from the Treasury). I predict a big uptick in the hospice care sector. There are going to be a lot of people that forgo healthcare, resulting in normally treatable maladies becoming terminal situations. Smart money would explore that sector. We’re going to quickly move from helping keep people well and treating their illnesses to shunting them off somewhere to die. It’ll be cheaper, yet friends and family will still want their loved ones comforted in their last days. The U.S. healthcare motto will be “Just hurry up and die, OK, someone needs that bed”.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning singled out Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) for her votes against debate on a Obamacare repeal and against the Senate’s replacement bill, saying the senator let Republicans down.

That’s okay. The Republicans let Senator Murkowski down badly in 2010. There’s been no love lost between them ever since. Karma is a bitch.

Rahm really truly deeply didn’t want PBO in a healthcare fight. He thought the political stakes were high, and they were, obviously, and didn’t want to spend all the new political capital on it.

The result was the worst of all combos:
PBO did some work, never really pushed hard, but got saddled with responsibility for ACA’s failings. Pelosi was the engine for ACA.

But the bills are high, so…Trump’s all cash hospitals? All currencies accepted.

No, the government would design a comprehensive, single payer system for the hospice care network of providers. You’d just be on your own if you wanted to live a long, healthy life with good medical care. People you know are going to be dead soon won’t be a future draw on the Treasury. You gladly take their money now if the Feds are paying it, and the Feds are happy sick, old, poor people are gone. It saves on future medicaid, Medicare and Social Security liabilities. Pay to encourage them to throw in the towel and bury them.

He’s a predator. He can’t resist “dominating” women.

We can look forward to Deb Fischer, Joni Ernst, and Shelley Moore Capito doing absolutely nothing.

Will there ever come a time when the drones in Congress push back against the adolescent asshole making noise in the white house. LISTEN to how each person handled the issue.Trump is an endless embarrassment…people need to reach their limit and push back against this psychotic.

Oh please. The old “Rahm is the all-powerful svengali controlling Obama and the source of all evil” FDL canard? From you of all people?

That one was kind of the grandmother of the “Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, all powerful Boss of the Democratic Party Central Committee with the power to control the outcome of all the elections Bernie didn’t win” canard.

Obama stepped in and pushed the ACA over the goal line after Scott Brown won and deprived the Democrats of their brief 60 vote majority against Emmanuel’s advice. The only people he ever needed to lobby were Lieberman, Nelson, Lincoln, and Landrieu. Other than that, Reid, Baucus and Nancy wanted him to stay aloof because of the ongoing Republican efforts to brand it Scary Kenyan Negrocare. Maybe that was good advice. Maybe it wasn’t. In the end, they did brand it Obamacare.

But the thing is, it passed.

Democrats: the only people in the world who second guess success and engage in bitter recrimination about it.
