Donnie’s signature on anything doesn’t mean "jack squat!"
I hope Trump had the foresight to attach a signing statement, exempting good racists from the decree.
Not that Beauregard is going to make the slightest effort to implement or much less enforce any such law, but it is still going to leave a mark on a certain orange hide.
Trump will have to tweet later today that it’s a stupid decree, it’s not really needed, what about Antifa??!!, huge, amazing, bad dudes, hey!, is that a new Putt-Putt course??!!
Anyone want to explain how RT (Russia Today TV; CH 321) has now appeared on DirectTV (AKA AT&T)?
Nyet!
Fox News is on the dial, so…RT doesn’t deserve a slot, too?
I can’t speak for DirectTV, but I’ve seen RT offered by a number of providers–including hotel systems when I travel–for many years.
“The comments and subsequent resolution comes after Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) met with the President to discuss his response to the white nationalist event and explain the position that counter-protestors and members of the “antifa” group are not morally equivalent to white supremacists.”
Are you kidding me? Maybe remedial Kindergarten would help Trump. What a total moron.
TRUMP: like all of my business deals - I’ll sign this - but if it becomes inconvenient or not advantageous - I will not abide by it … ya don’t like that? whatta ya gonna do? go a head say something - I will smite you with my mighty Twitter!
What? No photo op?
Just a nitpick: do resolutions like this count as laws, since there’s nothing about them that can be acted on?
As he was forced to sign it, being dragged into the Oval Office to do so.
No. It’s merely a statement of a position. In this case that Nazis are bad. Revolutionary, huh?
