He is omsciena—onmiscie—he’s the everything-knower guy for any subject that comes up, including as we recall “the cyber.” He was going to learn everything about everything there was to learn the first day, or 15 minutes, or in the car on the way over to the White House, something like that. Except for everything he already knew about everything, which was everything, world without end amen. SMH.

The White House plan that Trump signed Monday doesn’t include any funding details. The administration says it’s up to Congress to appropriate money.
So basically he doesn’t give a damn. Can you imagine him saying this about Wall?

If I were wearing a tinfoil hat, I would say that someone trump knows wants a lot of detailed government records on US citizens. For “research”. And that someone else will profess to be shocked, shocked I tell you when it turns out that privacy considerations have been ignored.
