It’ll be Judge Judy. “I’ve seen her show and she’s very, very smart”.

Oh, goody. We now get to see a list of biased, bigoted, narrow-minded and partisan zombies Bannon, Putin and Co have complied.

Sorry Drumpf, Scalia is already dead.

BTW, what is a press spray? My first image involved a number of reporters expressing their feelings via their urinary tracts.

Zombie Robert Bork?

Here’s my prediction haha: that southern district TX judge that is clearly an activist and caused so much trouble for Obama’s immigration EOs. I forget his name at the moment. Total ideologue Trump-quality pissant.

Ted Cruz ?

Would that be Judge John Primomo or United States District Judge Andrew Hanen?

Virginia Foxx or Louie Gohmert. They’ve got that Central Casting look he’s going for.

Ooooh, Hanen rings a bell. I think that’s the one I’m referring to.

Althoooo…is it possible he might try to shake up the 5th Circuit to make it “more conservative” to get a more favorable ruling in the Voter ID case? Hmmmm…

I believe that Justice Roberts will have an outsized, behind the scenes voice on this. Of course, he wants a conservative on the bench. OTOH, does he really want someone who’s batsh*t crazy?

Primomo is just as bad, but he’s a smaller fish in the septic tank of Texas.

I’ve said this all along. As much as the senate may dislike him and think he’s a son of a bitch, he’s their son of a bitch. No R will vote against him or any other of orange’s nominees. They’re afraid of Turtle retribution.

Which, of course, is great, because Don the Con & Co are known to be such good listeners to the voices of reason.

Coincidentally, that’s when the filibuster for all nominees dies.

I’m expecting Roy Moore, coz why not?

If Roberts doesn’t care at all about becoming the 21stC version of Roger Taney, then I guess that’s where the oft used saying comes in Elections have Consequenses.

They won. They have (near) absolute power. This nation will be a figurative–and perhaps literal–smoking ruin by the time America opens it’s eyes to the steady rain of propaganda and distractions assaulting it from every direction.

Ohhh! Look! Squirrel!!!

Don’t let either one of them fool you. They’re not as smart as they look.

I predict he nominates his own big sister, Maryanne PeePee Barry. Because, you know, family and the PeePee name.

I read somewhere the Pryor was bred for this position, and has been groomed and programmed for this moment.
