Discussion: Trump Says No Comedian At WHCA Dinner 'Good First Step': 'Maybe I Will Go?'

Oh, by all means. What could a historian have to say that could possibly be awkward for you, Instant Worst President? Can’t really imagine how that could go wrong.

I’m putting my money on WON’T GO.

tRump is too prone to acting out when he is spoofed. Just because the headliner is a historian doesn’t mean that others aren’t going to take the easy pot shots that tRump supplies by simply being president.

Quick! Anybody know an unemployed comedian? Asking for a friend.

If you go, probably no one else will as I can’t imagine many would want to be in a room with you. However, I’m sure you won’t go, too much of a coward and you wouldn’t understand what the speaker was talking about anyway.

How long would it take to get a restraining order?

Seems so. Who knew a perfect clown would be petrified by comedy.

There was a time when trumplethinskin enjoyed going to this event, hanging with celebrities, having a few laughs, until he was roasted by that uppity …

He doesn’t like being upstaged.

The bait is working. With careful jiggling, the WHCA might just hook him into showing up. Fool doesn’t get it… Historians always get the last laugh.

The WHCA should revoke his access pass.

A better step would be not inviting you.

Wait—“first” step? What’s his idea of the second step?

Are you Stacey deciding you might attend Kimmy’s party since she didn’t invite Madison?

This is our president.

OMG another chance for Trump to ruin an event.

You’re too nice, He’s a rotten clown…

My thought was if he did decide to go then the WHCA should have a “special separate room” set up so he doesn’t have to mingle with the scum classes. (What the President wouldn’t know is that we secretly installed a screen in his separate viewing room and placed a big screen TV in their so that the WHCA can re-run all the previous bits from prior events that mock Donald J. Trump.) ( Oh and a two way mirror so attendees and view his reactions.) Too much?
