Will his plan adapt to the recently discovered unusual link between coconut oil and Alzheimer’s? Will Trump disclose his coconut oil intake?
Hmmm … “Lower premiums and deductibles while also taking care of pre-existing conditions,” eh? What, will co-pays be 80% of the charges? Sorry, oh notGreat One, but unless you are proposing some sort of all-inclusive (meaning 100% of us) single-payer plan, where we all participate and we all pay into the system through taxes or a combination of taxes and premiums, you’re lying. As usual.
Trump declared yesterday in a speech everyone outside the “base” he has pretty much is an enemy.
I feel honored.
Pathological liar lies again.
Medicare for all is not a bad thing
I hope he sends us ID cards: “I hereby certify BeattyCat is an enemy of the Current Occupant.”
The longer he keeps promising the unachievable, the longer we get to keep Obamacare.
Yep. That’s why unless he’s proposing that, he’s lying.
When David Gergen says “It was the most divisive speech I have ever heard” that is moving Mt Rushmore. Gergen is a GOP guy.
And register as a Muslim while you’re at it
“Insurance for everybody that will be better and cheaper.” That was the Trump promise. That’s what he has to live up to.
His rally speech last night was a disgrace to the office, full stop.
Regardless of age, we all grew up with the ‘story’ of the Emperor’s New Clothes.
We are now living it for real. God help us.
Right. Gergen also called it “really disturbing”, but in the annals of really disturbing Trump speeches, tweets, asides and utterances, I do not think this one stands out.
It was also “really disturbing” when he said he could “shoot somebody in the middle of Fifth Avenue” and would not lose his supporters. This was the only time he moved his lips when he was not lying.
This Land Is Our Land, a two hundred year old publication, filled with true stories of aspiration, sacrifice, hard work, shared achievement, joy, and hopefulness, now reduced to a tabloid called Me! that offers us daily dark fiction and cruel gossip wrapped in a glossy cover, where menace is celebrated in orange hair, black suit, and red tie.
I wonder if the invitation to Duterte could be a tipping point. That is really, really disturbing in a way that his tweets and speeches are not.
What if Trump declares a partnership with Duterte in the war on drugs? He is clueless enough to do it.
Have 'me make one for me. I’m a registered agnostic.
