Trump said that he was only signing the massive spending bill because he wanted to ensure that the military has proper funding and expressed frustration that Democrats were able to secure funding for programs they favor.

It certainly appears congressional Republicans have Trump on ignore -they bypassed him completely in reaching this agreement with Democrats, leaving him without much of an option.

This is why, when Dems take control in January, they should just pass a clean DREAM Act and heāll almost certainly sign it despite all the BS about needing to have the wall. The could have stuck it in here, still without the wall funding, and he would have claimed it as a Republican win over Democrats.
