As usual, our alt-president lies about yet another issue. His statements on this suggest that we are admitting immigrants as though they bought a lottery ticket and won. That is a gross misrepresentation. Like any other immigrant, these people who âwinâ the lottery are still subject to the same vetting that any other immigrant faces including interviews, background checks, etc. The process can still take years to complete before they can enter the country. All the lottery does is give some potential immigrants a chance to jump the line.
It also happens when copyeditors are just as awake as Whiny looks in the photo.
