I was just thinking the same thing. :joy:

I miss Hugh Wilson.

I’m just surprised he didn’t call the Dems “niggardly” or “Indian givers”.

The GOP knew this man was a physical, mental and moral wreck in the summer of 2016.

McConnell blocked Merrick Garland, put up roadblocks to signalling the danger of Trump and insisted that “Congress could control him.”

Since them, this nation has suffered gravely.

I have never wavered from my belief that Mitch McConnell is equally as culpable for our state of affairs as Trump.

It is the sole reason why comparison of Trump/Russia and Watergate seem to fade as TV talking heads do verbal gymnastics trying to make the two situations as similar as possible.

If we had a 1973-74 type of Congress, Trump would have been gone before the 2018 elections.

“I think you see it happening.” This is why he avoids talking to his staff in person, but prefers to communicate via Tweet. He is deathly afraid of speaking directly to anyone. His nervousness shows in his diarrhetic repetitions and nonsense phrases.

Dude has serious social defects.

“Even now, scientists are furiously working on the holy grail of construction material – invisible concrete – from which Democrats plan to fund a massive wall along the entire US-Mexico border. Their proposal, to be introduced by Speaker Pelosi and titled ‘The Emperor’s New Wall Act of 2019’, is surprisingly inexpensive.”

Basically: Mom and Dad won’t give me the allowance I asked for.

“It’s going to be a great, powerful wall"

Powerful, by doing nothing but sitting there. Definitely a powerful symbol of this administration.

“We have other things happening which people aren’t talking about"

Normal kick the can down the road for the base. So much activity, so much happening, so much in the works but we can’t really talk about it yet. So, when can we pencil this in for the big reveal? Before or after you recreate the concept of the 4th of July?

He continues to not know what the hell he’s talking about, making it all up as he goes along. So tiresome.

He could have said “We’re considering that very strongly…” but “considering” tops out at four syllables and a 5th grade reading level so, no.

Nobody will likely ever top that. That stands alone and will stand through the annals of time as one of the greatest moments in television and in comedy forever.

Just makes it up in such a rambling and confused manner.
