Marino is from a very volatile district in PA. Itās in the āTā and basically solidly Republican, but has gone back and forth by huge swings. Marino defeated the Democratic incumbent in the 2010. He was thinking of running for Guvāner in 2018. Maybe he might think better of that now. Meanwhile with the right candidate, this could be a pick up opportunity.
