Discussion: Trump Regularly Ignores Kelly, Schedules Meetings Based On 'Fox And Friends'

And the honorable John Kelly simply allows this to go on during his watch. Another Trump Toady.

Fake news. Trump ignores him because Kelly’s been mad about the breakfast options at the whitehouse…

Amazing and troubling.

Amazing he believes Fox News and troubling he acts on what he sees there.

Why is Kelly still around? I thought Trump felt that he could be his own chief of staff, and do it better. Maybe Putin just hasn’t given him permission yet.

I believe the answer to why Kelly is still around is that he has proven himself to be a useful idiot

Guess trump haven’t found anyone to fire him yet

Spankee is too chicken to fire him and his errand boys Schiller and Cohen are no longer there to deliver the kiss of death. @ncgirl741 (great minds and all that)

Kelly is too enamored of being at the WH, in spite of all of the humiliations he gets on a daily basis. Or perhaps he knows perfectly well that he’s radioactive and he still wants a job.

Wait… I’m not supposed to feel bad about John Kelly being racist, misogynist, and now professionally impotent, am I?

Trump doesn’t need a Chief of Staff.

He needs an assistant producer to book guests.

It’s probably too optimistic and hopeful to think there may be some people that stay in the WH beyond their “sell by” date because they feel at least their presence and proximity to Trump might allow them to sound the alarm in the event of some truly calamitous decision. You know, they’re standing in the hall and overhear Trump and Bolton plotting the asssassination of Pelosi and the nuking of San Francisco or something.

Oh you didn’t know?
Your crazy Republican Grandpa is in charge of the country now.
He watches Faux and Friends Tucker ,Hannity and Jeannie and believes every word they say

Personally, I have more or less given up on the “responsible adult” theory, although it may well be that there are a couple of people who are sticking it out because of this (but who?).

But it is very clear that Spankee pays zero attention to Kelly (i.e., no influence on Spankee’s actions any more), so there is no way that Kelly could believe he is playing a “responsible adult” role unless he is as delusional as Spankee.

So, yeah, unless they’re gonna go in and physically tackle Spankee before he pushes the red button as a diversionary tactic when Pootie throws him to the dogs, I don’t see it.

There are probably 50 people in the White House that have regular or semi-regular contact with Trump. Or at minimum get first hand accounts of his thoughts and plans from the dozen or so truly close staff. It would be a troubling notion that you could gather that many people together and not a single one of them had a moral compass that dictated they value sanity and humanity more than Trump’s political survival.

I am hoping that Kelly is collecting evidence, and when he is fired… can turn it over to the Special Counsel.

I am hoping he’s just a racist bastard as opposed to a tainted, compromised traitor.

Then why are we wasting our tax dollars on him?

And we the taxpayers are paying him a six-figure salary for what again? He’s not even good entertainment.

Oops, vonq beat me to it.
