It’s increasingly looking like Capito has been bought. Trump is still pretty popular in her state despite the fact they would be among the hardest hit. Surely she’s in a tough spot, but probably most vulnerable to pressures from the WH.
Heller, Cassidy, Murkowski have been under intense pressure now, but I don’t know if they have yet signaled their vote like Capito.

Once again, every last bit of the language is about the need to win and to keep some sort of mythical commitment. Almost none of it acknowledges (even dishonestly the notion that this bill will affect tens of millions of lives.

Has anybody noticed that the “repeal” bill would keep ACA until July (or August) 2019, six or seven months into the new Congress? Can anyone think of a better campaign issue for the Democrats to win back Congress? Me, neither.
