Evidently TR’s footprints are just too large.
For somebody who promised to “drain the swamp” he sure has a funny way of doing it, picking more Creatures from the Black Lagoon. One would suspect he has not been truthful(g).
I also suspect his 3rd Goldman-Sachs appointment is his way of getting his very small hands on Hillary’s speeches.
In the National Environmental Scorecard, sponsored by the League of Conservation Voters, McMorris Rodgers has a lifetime score of 4 (out of 100). She was given a zero rating in the League’s tabulation of 30 House votes in 2015.
Someone said that the denizens of the Cantina in Star Wars iv, A New Hope, would make a better cabinet.
N B. I accidentally posted this in another thread.
As if we need anymore desecration of our nation’s federal lands. Good grief. (Though, I didn’t expect any better)
I thought Sarah Palin was trying on Teddy’s shoes. Wonder what happened? Sarah’s at least a couple points ahead of Cathy.
And when the coal jobs do not come back? If your going to increase fraking, increase oil drilling. Prices will just keep going down and it will not be profitable to mine coal. But honestly there really isn’t a ton of coal jobs in the first place, its mainly just a talking point for idiots.
Or a bunch of carnies from a fourth-rate circus. It’s like when Saruman deliberately despoiled the Shire.
She is from Eastern Washington that wants to divide the State. But what is more interesting is the article from OilPrice this AM.
Whether Trump’s vision of an energy independent United States is realistic, Vance Scott, Ernst and Young’s Americas Oil & Gas Transaction Advisory Services Leader, said: “Energy independence is probably technically viable but does not make commercial sense.’’
“There is no point in the United States consumer paying higher prices for fuels developed in the USA, when they can get crude at a much lower cost from Canada, Mexico or the Middle East.”
Regardless of what Donald wants, the price of oil will probably be the deciding factor: http://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/More-Federal-Land-Drilling-Possible-But-Not-Profitable.html
Exactly. Tumbling prices along with automation are what ruined coal miners’ jobs. It’s just simple economics … oh, forgot, most conservatives don’t know how to add and subtract. (Snark for that last part, thank you)
My money was on Clivern Bundy, but I should have known he could find somebody worse.
I visit Yellowstone National Park every now and again, and the last time I was there, I thought, “You know what this place needs? Oil derricks.”
Better get to the Grand Canyon soon … while there’s time —
Beginning to realize, that when he mentions someone like T.R, i should expect the obvious.
But hey
Both candidates are the ‘same’.
At least that’s what some people say :/.
She (Palin) made the fatal mistake of publically criticizing HO’s Carrier “triumph” as crony capitalism - state of Indiana giving Carrier $7 million in tax breaks in exchange for Carrier/United Technologies doing exactly what they had already announced they were doing: moving 1300 Indiana jobs to Mexico right away, keeping 300 jobs in Indiana long term (whatever that means), and keeping 800 Indiana jobs here for 2 years.
As we know, the Orange Object brooks no criticism, especially in public.
It is to laugh, it is to cry!
Well, at least he’s consistent in matching people with departments that match their “tear it down” skill sets.
Oh, yeah! – I just can’t keep up with all these idiots and the utterings. On this one, though, at least Sarah had a point about crony capitalism, but where she went wrong was comparing this deal with Obama’s Solyndra (sp?) deal.
