Cancelled so they can negotiate better deals now that he will be “President Trump”.

Trump will diminish the entire world; one con, one fraud, one sleazy, slimy deal at a time.

Can someone begin pointing out that unless and until the Trump Organization makes public a detailed list of all projects, contracts, ownership/licensing agreements, and creditors, under penalty of law if not complete, then there is no “oh we resolved the conflict of interest” magic wand acceptable. I would think even the Republicans in Congress would agree to this because they have to know that this alone could become the chinese water torture story for the next 4 years.

“The company’s general counsel, Alan Garten, told CNN that the deals were ‘terminated under the applicable agreements,’ which he described as ‘housecleaning.’” In other words, just clearing out some dead wood.

Hey. Look at the bright side. If the Dems nominate a Trump equivalent someday, none of this will matter, right?

Are you kidding? There will be no questions, no investigations, no response whatsoever from the GOP Congress… but you can bet your ass we’ll still be hearing about Hillary’s email server and Benghazi.

The SOB is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. But we always knew that.

Trump may come to have yoooge regrets about ever running for president. I doubt he ever thought he’d win, and now he has to make the best of what’s beginning to look like a bad deal for the Trump brand. The intense scrutiny will turn up problem after problem and will stifle his usual manner of doing business.

He’ll allow a few of these deals to be terminated but you can bet that they will be the least profitable/most problematic. This is all bad theatre designed to make people believe he’s dispensed with overseas conflicts of interests.

Much like he feigned the truth about the Lincoln plant and the Carrier deal. Both were optics-only shallow efforts and lies to make the herd feel heard.

I could certainly see his having to put the kibosh to some extent on deals where he quietly did a kickback or whatever. But I don’t think he’ll be able as a person to stop doing this crap, now that he’s hit the damn jackpot, and it’ll turn into an incredible feedback loop of corruption and eventually KABLOOIE.

If cancelling the deals came with cash flow, then that may be just what he needs to cover payments on his debts.
