Interesting that the Scotus seems to think that in the case of the Colorado Baker, the opinion by Justice Anthony Kennedy rested largely on the majority’s conclusion that the Colorado administrative agency that ruled against Phillips treated him unfairly by being too hostile to his sincere religious beliefs. But apparently it’s just fine for Trump to be hostile to Muslims.
Good to know the 5 cons on the SCOTUS have signed the Trump loyalty oath. SCOTUS is nothing more than just another political body. Sad.
