But that was BEFORE his conversion. The point of these “stories” is to show how much power the lord can bring to one’s life – so Carson was intent on making himself out to be as horrible as he could (without actually killing anyone) in order to serve as a testament to the power of God. This is like, in less histrionic form, Carly Fiorina saying that she rose from being a secretary to a CEO all through the power of hard work. If he’s lying, then I guess he was just a good kid who needed to keep his head down and keep on keeping on. Not nearly as gripping for his audience. What a dick, I mean, seriously. It’s like dressing up as a gangster for Halloween and pretending that it means something.

Well, in my family, it was mum who attacked me with an implement of her boudoir – brush, hanger, etc. It’s not funny (I know you don’t think so) but the right reaction has to be, you’ve got be fucking kidding that you went after any family member with a weapon. In that regard, Trump has it about right.

In 2080, maybe. But there’s not one single person in this field with any chance at all who meets both of those criteria.
This is a stark reminder of hammer proliferation in our society, and that if you had regulated them, and required a psych evaluation when the progressives first imposed martial law, this tragedy would never have happened. But I guess you can’t really blame an emotionally unstable kid, if his mother had been a responsible hammer owner he wouldn’t have had access to one.
I agree. Trump is on to something here. Keep repeating exactly what Carson ADMITS to doing. Act confused and surprised. Keep that up and Carson is going to disappear. Of course, Carson is going to disappear no matter what but Trump can hasten his removal and do it sounding “concerned”. Win-win for Trump.
