Discussion: Trump: Muslims Are 'Protecting Each Other' And Not Reporting The 'Bad Ones'

Reporting does not help. Everyone is reporting that Trump is a bad one, and yet there he stays.

Wall Street types also “protect each other” by “not reporting the bad ones”.

Is that a problem, Donald?

I give up.
I can’t take any more “Trump” as I have reached my bullshit limit.

Does he ever stop to realize how stupid he sounds? It’s like saying… Presbyterians (which I read he’s one of) are all protecting each other and not reporting on the bad ones.

Amen to that.

sounds a lot like the Republican party… protecting him and not reporting him as bad…

TPM:

“It’s like they’re protecting each other, but they’re really doing very bad damage, and they have to open up to society,” Trump continued. “They have to report the bad ones.”

I’ve tried to report a bad one who keeps making terroristic threats, but the police tell me that, despite the threats, they can’t do anything unless and until Trump actually shoots someone on Fifth Avenue.

“It’s like they’re protecting each other”

You mean, sort of like Wall Street executives and the rest of the plutocrat/oligarchy do while running the country into the ground for their own profit?

Hmm. Drumpf is considered a greater “Global Risk” than jihadists, according The Economist Intelligence Report:

I agree with Trump that there are Muslims who are protecting those they know would do harm to others. Just like in the black communities there are those protecting criminals (protecting by not ‘snitching’).Just as the Duggars protected their child molesting son and the CAtholic church protected the pedophiles.

Trump’s and Cruz’s way of dealing with such problem is not the way.

He went on to say, “How can you tell a good Muslim from a bad Muslim? Well, the good Muslims are white Christians.”

If Trump was talking about Republicans or police officers, I’d heartily agree.

“In January, Parliament took up a petition banning Trump from the United Kingdom.”

Should I go with:

“An outstanding and talented personality.” – Vladimir Putin, KGB Colonel.

Or

“Divisive, stupid, and wrong.” – David Cameron, British PM.

I’m torn: Russian despot or America’s closest ally? Hmmm…Tough call.

Gee, it’s almost as though Doonese Trump was describing the Republican Party.

No no. The good Muslims contribute to AIPAC.

Just another day of Donito opening his mouth followed by world leaders, intelligence agencies and law enforcement needing to make an immediate response stating “don’t listen to him, he has no idea what he’s talking about”.

And this is someone who millions of Americans think is fit for the presidency? I have no words…

Meanwhile, Trump and Cruz are setting a fine example by attacking each other and reporting on their bad wives:

Yes, it’s pretty despicable when it’s brought to someone’s attention a plot to commit an act of terrorism is afoot and nothing is done about it. I guess a strong case could be made a person failing to warn others and/or take action could be criminally negligent, maybe even culpable for the resulting mayhem.

"…an unnamed CIA briefer who flew to Bush’s Texas ranch during the scary summer of 2001, amid a flurry of reports of a pending al-Qaeda attack, to call the president’s attention personally to the now-famous Aug. 6, 2001, memo titled “Bin Ladin Determined to Strike in US.” Bush reportedly heard the briefer out and replied: “All right. You’ve covered your ass, now.”
