Yes. In addition she had conversations with top legal scholars familiar with the subject coming up in the Watergate era and the upshot was that a decision was made which left open the possibility of it happening to a vice president…setting aside the question of whether this could happen to a sitting president.
As it applies to today’s situation…the conversation ended with it being an open question leaning toward “yes”
