I think of him as addled or daft more than stupid. He typically just takes a jumble of stereotypes and vague impressions and then assets some sort of completely random conclusion. I often try to understand how people are thinking and with him it’s just an impenetrable jumble, the sort of thing called “not even wrong” because it’s not structured as an argument or at all, really. I think he’s just a crazy-uncle type, really.
