Of course McCarthy is not cut out to be Speaker! That’s what will make his (probably short) tenure a laugh riot.

“Negotiate with Democrats?” Does The Donald think the GOP even talks with the “antichrists” across the aisle these days?

“Um, I would like someone who’s very tough and that can negotiate with the Democrats, and I don’t know that he’s that person,” Trump said. “I don’t know that that’s him, and obviously, the statement hurt him badly in the eyes of some.”

Next debate is at Boulder Colorado on the 28th (26 more days). One of the likely topics will be who would have been a better speaker than McCarthy. A second and very major topic will be about this subject.

The debate over those ‘sting’ videos will also be discussed (especially since Ted Cruz didn’t get what he wanted.

I await the three front runners (Trump, Fiorina and Carson) ‘answers’ on these subjects.

I’m quite amazed at how little HRC has made of this–which is typical of her infuriating, slow-to-do-the-math political caution. Politics is about seizing the narrative, and she has failed to that–failed to write an Op-Ed, failed to have her surrogates flood social media and TV interview shows to push home the actual news that the Benghazi committee is ruined and disgraced by its own admission. It will be total campaigning disaster if this story turns into a ‘Who Should Be the Next Speaker’ story instead of “Benghazi committee loses all credibility, even with McCarthy gone.”
