This is an easy one. You just find someone who could plausibly do the job, like Mattis, and tell Trump he (of course) has a similar tough-guy nickname like “Crusher” or “Spike.” Might save the world. “Really, Crusher? Yeah, he’s not as far down on my list as Charleton Heston, whose movies I boycotted from the moment I learned he was an NRA bigwig.

But Eastwood really nosedived as far as I am concerned. The only saving grace was that he made a complete and total ass of himself that day. Couldn’t have gotten much more embarassing.
