I will not forget learning of the 9/11 attacks in progress. This morning, being another Tuesday, was especially eerie the first time I opened my web browser. On one hand I breathed a sigh of relief. On the other, well you know.

It broke my heart to look at the pilots, first officers and flight attendants who are gone. He does a disservice to everyone who died that day.
