‘Nonsense’ That Family’s Profiting From Presidency

Well, the country certainly isn’t.

This crap just kills me:

“the opportunity cost of the deals that we were not able to do.”

Because your normal shady questionable business practices cannot stand up to any public scrutiny

And we should give a rats ass about anything Jr says?

Arrogant, unethical tone-deaf SOB.

That was the ONLY reason Bone Spurs even ran. He doesn’t want the job, he only wants the status – he thought he was getting himself elected king.

My fervent hope and desire is that they are all so damaged at the end of their crime spree that the name is worth less than dirt. It’ll be hard flogging real estate deals from federal pen. At this point, I am actually not sure who I would most prefer to see behind bars, if I had to make a choice: Bones Spurs or Junior. I would so love to see Junior smacked down to size.

Memo to Junior:

  1. Sit down.

  2. Shut up.

You’re too kind.

I agree with you, though, that it would be tough to pick whether I’d rather see the jail door slam behind senior or junior if I had to pic.

lying is instinct for all the trumps

I still cannot figure out which of Trump’s sons is more stupid, but one thing is very, very clear, they are both stupid. Greedy too!

Keep talking Traitor Tot…Mueller has a whole wing of lawyers just for you.

“It’s sort of a shame. Because we put on all these impositions on ourselves and essentially got no credit for actually doing that … for doing the right thing,” he added.

Definition of imposition:
a thing that is imposed, in particular an unfair or unwelcome demand or burden

Do you really consider following the norms and rules when your daddy is president to be an unfair burden? ( And, you haven’t really done what others have done.) Or did you use the wrong word trying to sound smart when you’re really not?

Either way, just STFU, Jr.

Boo hoo. They don’t get credit for “doing the right thing.”

So doing the right thing is making foreign policy speeches while shilling for the family biz. A speech that the state dept. Has no knowledge of AND on a trip that we are paying for…?

Enough!

Headline should have read “Nonsense” that Family’s Profiting From Presidency Compared to What We Thought We Could Make.
That whine about the opportunity cost just killed me. This week–THIS WEEK, with the country still reeling from a school massacre, he talks about his own lost opportunities for grift?

Not for me. Its Senior by a mile.

Junior is an arrogant little prick, but ultimately, he is small fry in all of this. Indeed, the involvement of his that has been reported to date, is basically Junior jumping up and down and trying to get Daddy’s approval and show he can do what all his adult friends are doing. And failing spectacularly in the process.

I also believe that Junior is going to be indicted once this is all said and done. But right now he is a more useful pawn for Mueller in other gambits than he would be behind bars.

I have to confess to suffering from chronic naivete. I knew that Trump as president was going to be beyond horrible, I was grossly unprepared for the repeated insults to common decency and ethical behaviour from his wretched kids, particularly this one. Other commenters have, and will, do yeoman service in skewering this fuckwit, so I’m not going to pile on, though he certainly deserves it - and more…much more.

So where’s Sis these days? Feathering their bolthole in preparation for the inevitable?

All true, but he’s just SO odious.

If the fam isn’t profiting from tax cuts and increased M-a-L membership fees – to name just two items from a long list – they’re worse business people than anyone knew and no one in India would bother to attend Jr’s lavish events.

It’s because Dad’s presidency IS profitable that investors show interest.

Jr is truly stupid.

Heading to the Olys.

Forbes has a great article on all the business rental income Trump gets from his various properties–about 175,000,000 a year from entities like the state owned Chinese Industrial Bank (in Trump tower itself) and many other examples. The article suggests that looking at the relatively smaller profits from hotel stays and golf memberships pales compared to the potential for abuse from these arrangements. Forbes.
