Discussion: Trump: It's Fair To Question Whether Judge Can Be Impartial In Trump U Case

He waited until the second sentence to tell us about his many Mexican friends and employees.

Presidential!

Trying to put it to bed before the primaries tonight, but I don’t think it will sleep that soundly.

Note that the only “rulings” that have been made are a denial of summary dismissal and the decision to release of “The Art of the Con” documents.

“It is unfortunate…” no responsibility taken. Not even a ‘sorry if I offended’ crapology.

I do not intend to comment on this matter any further.

Suuuuuuure.

How long do we give him on this adorable little promise? Seven hours? Two days? Eighteen minutes?

I hope this calms everything down. I really don’t want to see him blow this before the convention when there would still be a chance - however slim - of nominating someone else. After he’s the actual, rather than presumptive nominee, then we can take him down and watch the wheels completely come off the racist, homophobic, sexist pile of lying greedy bastards train wreck that is today’s GOP.

Is he measuring his Junk for us in that picture?

Not in the playbook…

No Trump voters
No stenographers
No creative surrogates

Donnie, your comments have not been misconstrued – except, perhaps in your own psychotic universe. Frankly, I think Judge Curiel would be acting well within his prerogatives to hold you in contempt of court and give you a few days or weeks hospitality in the custody of Federal marshals. But the judge too conservative a jurist to do something like that.

Donnie, aside from your deliberate attempt to once again raise the ire of your bigoted supporters, you are clearly trying to litigate you case in the media. You should be ashamed! But clearly you have no shame.

And yes, a judge’s fairness can be questioned: in court, by your attorneys, with a motion to recuse. But then the rules don’t apply to the great Trump, do they?

Donald, Donald… if you have to explain yourself, you’re losing! You of all people ought to know that.

Besides, it didn’t explain anything anyway.

IANAL, but I believe there are formal procedures in place that Trump could follow if he believes the judge in his lawsuit is biassed against him. Funny how he doesn’t seem to have tried any of those but insists on bloviating in public. Why, it’s almost as if he’s just using this to inflame the knuckle-dragging bigots whose votes he wants!

Trump: “I love the poorly educated!”

So that explains Trump University.

It is also fair to say you are still a racist.

Throughout this stunningly disingenuous diatribe, Trump refuses to mention that the suveys he now uses as proof of Trump University’s success were neither anonymous nor completed in privacy. Instructors stood over students as they filled out the questionnaires and guaranteed the students that future access to the secrets of Trump U were contingent on their writing a positive evaluation. That is somewhat less than convincing evidence of Trump U’s stellar performance record.

“Trump said he would not offer any further comment on the judge or the case against Trump University.”

Oh yes he fucking will. I guarantee it.

Now that we’ve put all this misunderstanding and unpleasantness that was totally not The Donald’s fault behind us FOREVER, Mr. Trump has other thoughts of a very Presidential nature on his mind! Listen now you will!
