If Trump’s lips are moving he’s lying. And that’s not a toss-off cliche when speaking about him. Saying something is literally true is tiresome. But if Trump is talking it is literally true he is lying. If anyone needs an answer to anything, asking Trump about it serves no purpose. He’s a human chaff machine.
