Discussion: Trump: 'I'll Criticize Judges' Even Though I've Been Told Not To (VIDEO)

If I were a supporter of Trump, or worse working for him, and I heard this third grader response that is almost akin to “You’re not the boss of me!” I would cringe, and start looking for another job - as this is a perfect indicator that this hurricane of Trump created chaos - is all you are ever going to get.

And he is saying this at a fundraiser for congressional GOP? To the folks whose political fortunes are likely to be hampered by the ongoing chaos and rebranding of the TrumGOP - has admission that he has the emotional bearings of a nine-year-old? Suggests his critical thinking development was also stilted at nine.

Look, Gorsuch cannot have character and also be Trump’s nominee. It’s not possible.

I wonder how many ran the other way when it was time for “grip and grin” shots with Dear Leader.

Good move Hair Fuhrer. Pissing off the entire judicial system is really clever. You don;t need those losers anyway. Oblivious to how much power they really have.

Well, that became clear when he didn’t respond to the nomination with “Thank you for the great honor, but Merrick Garland must be the nominee”

Trump can’t even vet his own staff properly. Why would we think he could improve the vetting of immigrants?

No big surprise here. His illness keeps him at the emotional maturity of a 3-year-old. He’s about 65 years late in internalizing the understanding that others have feelings and rights, and the illness prevents him from any real understanding that others are really full-fledged people too. So good morning everyone; it’s another day in America Before We Stopped Him.

Speaking of judges, it appears that “Judge” Napolitano has gone the way of Judge Crater.

The difference is, people remember Judge Crater.

He’s looking for courts that only decide in his favor and then hop to the next case, sort of like a, oh, I don’t know, a kangaroo.

From the article:

Mr Tillerson then gave the news to his wife, Renda St Clair, who said: “I told you God’s not through with you.”

He added: “My wife convinced me. She was right. I’m supposed to do this.”

Sometimes when you haven’t caused enough damage to the world you just have to heed the missus and get out there and trash the place. Thank you, Jeebus.

I’ve been saying this for weeks, did the Trump transition team do any minimal screening of candidates for positions, or did they just take resumes and headshots so Dear Leader could cast those with the right look?

Was reading this. Not actually the main topic of the thread or the article but I didn’t realize Trump was think about trying to eliminate FCPA, but it would certainly benefit his families business.

That would make a lot of sense considering he and his family violate it with such regularity. I actually hope he tries because the attention it would garner would likely result in a host of prosecutions, beginning Comrade Chaose and his hyper-corrupt spawn.

He doesn’t understand the distinction between criticizing a legal opinion he doesn’t like and criticizing the judge for being corrupt, incompetent or in the bag for the other side.

When I heard about Donald’s most recent “criticism” of the judiciary I thought, hum, I’m willing to bet he’s just doing that to make it look like he doesn’t care if Gorsuch get’s ok’d or not, when he actually does. .

I seem to recall Republicans going ballistic when Obama had the nerve to mildly criticize the Citizens United decision.
