Keep talking, bud. Your innocence sounds very big and strong, believe me.

Doubt he does that. More likely he laughs and looks smug.

I triple-dog dare you, fuckwit.

Maybe we’ll see. Don’t put too much faith in your team of “Constitutional experts”… Meantime, Mueller is saving plenty of evidence to pass along to State AG’s - in case you don’t know, you can’t pardon yourself from State charges (have your experts told you that? Did you tell them they were morons?)

Who is going to stop him?

At least if he does it, we’ll cut out all the roiling suspense and find out if anyone in the GOP will finally impede a full-on transition to dictatorship.

In the famous words of Cool Hand Obama
“Please Proceed”

No one can stop him. It’s more that it won’t solve his problems. Go ahead and do it, numnuts.

But whether the President can pardon himself is a more open question among legal scholars.

I don’t think it’s quite that open a question.

I said this very thing yesterday on this blog. This is going to SCOTUS and, IMO, it won’t be a 9-0 decision. If this scumbag thinks that he’s going to lose the fight, he may just resign first. Or, do a whole lot MORE damage on his way out.

But, it will go to SCOTUS.

Oh, and if the “self-pardon” is negated (which it would be) I wouldn’t look to Pence to automatically hand one down to him.

“I beg my pardon, I never promised me a rose garden.”

President Dipshit, you have many, many powers you can abuse. Please proceed.

It’s hard for me to believe Congress hasn’t already impeached him and convicted him of bribery.

What would you guess the SCOTUS split would be? Hopefully not 5-4.
