Discussion: Trump: I Have 'Great Respect' For Sanders, But 'I'm Not A Fan'

A little OT, but not much…
I believe the upcoming Democratic convention will be fun, inspiring, exciting, and unifying, and that will drive Chuckie Todd, Mrs. Greenspan, Moanin’ Joe, FauxNews, CNN (the “Corey News Network”) and the rest of the worthless MSM out of their ever-loving, motherfucking minds!

I hear some on the blogs I go to say that the Dems shouldn’t go after Trump’s Putin connections. Well, why in the fuck not? If Hillary’s great-great-great grandfather had been born in Minsk, Trump would be screaming that she was the illegitimate daughter of Joseph Stalin. That’s been the Republican playbook forever. Fuck that “not stooping to their level” bullshit. I WANT to stoop to their level, so I can beat the motherfucking stupidity out of them.
And to those who are upset at the number of time I use the word “fuck”, I extend my apologies to anyone who might have been offended. (H/T: every phony, worthless, insincere Republican apology since Lincoln got assassinated)

Yeah. With NYT it’s always by clicking the headline.

There is nothing on your original post to click onto. I’ve just copied the html and while I can see it, I don’t think anyone else can. Can you be the IT guy today?

Here’s the link:
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/22/opinion/donald-trump-the-siberian-candidate.html?

I did have to cleave off some ‘embedding code’ for it ‘not’ to show the graphic instead of just a link (above).
But you’re not seeing this-- below? (The one below does not have a live link embedded)

It shows for me in both yours and jw1’s original post. The graphic is hyperlinked across the entire thing. You can just right-click to copy the url.

Yes, I see this just as you intended. But I don’t see the difference between the html I copied and this link. think I’m going to need to get some further advice from my IT guy. It seems there should a simple remedy to do this…

@midnight_rambler It’s reassuring that it shows even if I don’t see it, I just want to be able to share a NYT link sometimes.

Untranslatable Delusional Berniebro: Hey! I know a great way to make friends and influence people. Let’s all vote for Trump.! Then all the other Democrats will all love and respect us. And I want you to know that anyone who says it doesn’t work that way is being mean and disrespectful. It’s up to them to crawl to us so we don’t trash the planet. How come they don’t get that?

And you can add Slate:Came from your post “Siberian Candidate”

Putin’s Puppet

If the Russian president could design a candidate to undermine American interests—and advance his own—he’d look a lot like Donald Trump.

Here’s where Trump’s Razor makes much more sense:

Other analysts were more circumspect. One U.S. official, who like others interviewed for this story spoke on condition of anonymity, said the email dump “would be the worst possible way to influence an election. It just seems a little clumsy. It just seems a very odd way of going about it.”

Trump’s team is operating at about a 9th-grade level of sophistication.
This seems less odd-- when considered in the context of Trump
seemingly not grasping how anything works.

It definitely had some effect.

Not the total effect desired, certainly.

But the move was the right one.
And for anyone to posit it should have occurred earlier?
Then how would it have appeared when this leak happened-- without DWS to fall on the sword.

There’s his strategy.

He’s not hiding it. Divide and conquer.

Good point. With her exit, the disrupting effect of the Russian dump will be mostly nullified.(IMO)
