This is a great idea and I fully support kicking Powell to the curb. He needs to go. Powell is an incompetent Trump Organization stooge and has made the Federal Reserve the monetary arm of the Republican party. Janet Yellen was far more effective and competent. Powell needs to go.

If Powell isn’t subservient enough for him. What’s potentially amusing here is that the fed chair is just that, the chair. They control the agenda and the discussion, and decide when to take votes, but the votes are what control policy. So if trump puts in the kind of brainless lickspittle loser you might expect, it’s quite possible that the chair will be loudly on the losing side of a bunch of votes.
