Discussion for article #239263
This is called âworking the refsâ.
âMommy! Theyâre not playing fair!â
Roger got tired of losing sleep â Wondering when the lawsuit would be filed â
Further enshrining themselves in the cocoon of insanity, I see.
It will be interesting to see how Kelly herself presents on Faux moving forward. Likewise, given the nature of Trumpâs remarks about women in general and particular, how the other women regulars will be forced to treat the situation.
Megyn, meet bus.
Surely Trumpâs supporters will eat this up and interpret it as a sign of âthe mountain coming to Mohammedâ (well, except of course that they hate any metaphor involving the Muslim prophet), and imagine that this is exactly what Putin, Iran, etc., etc. will do when Donald is crowned (um, inaugurated). I imagine some of his supporters even hope that, sort of like Napoleon, Trump will administer the oath of the presidency to himself rather than letting that Obamacare-loving chief justice do it.
I thought the voters were the refs. But I guess youâre right, in the GOP primary, what FOX says, goes.
Wait, arenât the rest of the Pub debates handled by all but Fox? Or, am I wrong in thinking Trump can duck any Foxy debate commentators from here on out?
âObviously itâs not in Fox Newsâ best interest to be in a war with you, itâs not in your best interest to be in a war with Fox News.â
Mark on on the calendar, boys and girls, Joe made an astute observation⌠Now there is some news
Donald Trump @ Twitter:
Roger Ailes just called. He is a great guy & assures me that âTrumpâ will be treated fairly on @FoxNews.
From the NSA transcript of the call, time stamp 2015:08:10:11:07:
Roger Ailes: You win. Youâre the biggest asshole. Weâll call off the attack dogs and concede your superiority.
Trump certainly has a short fuse!
If a Fox journalist gets him to freak out, how would Trump handle a foreign crisis?
Fox news canât save him now, not even if they wanted to.
There is also film enough of the Whiner in Chief being asked by a Fox journalist about liking women on their knees and misogynistic whining to make the only commercial the Dems will need in October 2016.
Itâs over, Donald. There is one thing money canât buyâŚ
I guess my response to this is the Clinton call now seems to be in question, so why do we trust that this conversation ever took place?
Martha McCallum is a name to watch between now and the next Fox debate (edited).
The circus is still in town. This is great for most of the media that would rather not get into the grittier details of real candidatesâ policies, histories and billionaire-backers. Clowns are better for ratings.
Mostly because Ailes would be likely to deny it if the conversation had not taken place. Since Ailes hasnât denied it (at least, not yet), the assumption is that itâs true.
Yeah-just like rancid penis called to congratulate him on his presidential run!
Trump has not only out shined the other GOP clown candidates he has out shined the pundits (Bill, Sean etc) on Fox. It is in Ailesâ best interest to stop the fight right now. Trump wins all the way around.
Ok, so Ailes said that Trump would be treated âfairlyâ.
By whose measurement will the definition of âfairlyâ be made?
Ailes is that despicable and that concerned with not losing access that he would throw his own people under the bus? Priceless.
