And another HUGELY important part, the Medicaid expansion, not only remains in place, but more states may soon be opting in. Maine has already voted to expand Medicaid in a statewide referendum last month, and despite their asshole governor, Iâm pretty sure the legislature will follow through and make it happen.
The Virginia legislature may be within a coin-flip of passing Medicaid expansion, and if they do, newly elected Governor Northam will sign it.
And efforts are under way in a bunch of other states, both in legislatures and through the initiative / referendum process.
