Didn’t Rachel say, last night, that the Trump company just reupped ownership of the Trump Tower Moscow domain name?

Drumpf, The Deal Maker: I promised Putin that if he makes me POTUS, I will do whatever he wants and I will get Trump Tower at the location of my choice. Everyone wins.

Thanks TPM, for digging into this issue and not letting go. You show the tenacity of a pit bull!

Depends if “sex” includes watersports with hookers, right?

Trump, sadly, was not interested in the Moscow (ID) “Most Beautiful Eyes” Pageant.

The deals fell through because the money is dirty, and its best to launder it in a foreign country.

Find a more plausible explanation, I dare you.

Even in a non-corrupt country you need a local partner pushing this kind of thing. I vote they we playing him, albeit it’s not currently clear what he was supplying them with, since he would have been happy to launder their money regardless.

Also Trump’s a lousy dealmaker who couldn’t be bothered doing his homework on how to navigate the post-Soviet business situation in Russia.

Maybe “he might be an asshole but he’s OUR asshole” might not translate so well.

“I have had dealings over the years where I sold a house to a very wealthy Russian many years ago. I had the Miss Universe pageant — which I owned for quite a while — I had it in Moscow a long time ago. But other than that, I have nothing to do with Russia,” Trump said.

Thanks!

Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out.

Yes, I read something similar (forgot where I saw it )

Russian oligarchs want to launder their money somewhere else, not in Moscow. Something tells me this episode will grow in importance in the Trump-Russia investigation, since it solidifies motive and begins to flesh in the expected quid pro quo.

No puppet!, No puppet!

More like Geppetto which makes Trump a regular Pinocchio.
