Methinks Renee Ellmers’ involvement in Kevin McCarthy’s sexcapades and the Speaker debacle cost her the primary race. Nobody in the main stream media wants to bring it up though, focusing instead on the politically correct myth that she was not right wing enough.

When people like Ellmers are considered RINOs, you can safely assume the GOP voters in the district are batshit crazy. Just like my old home state of SC, where the only thing that saved Lindsey Graham’s ass was TOO MANY wingnut opponents in the primary. If they ever figure out that they have to coalesce behind a single challenger in order to upset an incumbent, ol’ Lindsey is screwed.
