Discussion: Trump Drags Media For Pittsburgh Protest Coverage

Would that Trump were only a pathetic excuse for a man, and not a national tragedy.

All about him.

Too bad the tape shows something completely different. The protest to Rump’s intrusion was both large in turnout and close enough for him to see. No doubt officials there were civil enough to him but I would doubt “treated very nicely.”

Here’s how the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported it.

There’s a video there showing what they call thousands marching in protests.

Oh, blow me, you lying sack of shit! Your goddamned motorcade had to turn around because there were so many protesters blocking the road. What, you think the media is just going to report on skateboarding bulldogs instead of the protests because you can’t handle the fact that people cannot stand your bigoted, lying, corrupt fat ass?

I think the protest crowd numbers were bigger than his inauguration crowd.

My Thanksgiving dinner last year had more people than Trump’s inauguration.

The Office of the President was shown great respect

Very few people disrespect the office, the problem is the current occupant. In this respect your ego is right, it’s all about you.

You know, I heard people died there recently. But it pales in comparison to the injury this president has incurred at the hands of the terrorist news organizations. Is there no humanity left?

Absolutely! The headline should have been…Trump Makes National Tragedy All About Him.

Fake news=refusal to go full-on fawning obsequiousness.

Shouldn’t have gone to Pittsburgh. They asked you not to.

I had the same thought this morning at the gym. Every conversation I overheard as I walked the track centered around how disrespectfully Pittsburgh treated Trump yesterday when he made his unwanted visit to the city. My thought was that this treatment dovetailed nicely with the incessant disrespect he dishes out daily to his imaginary enemies and “evil” media outlets. I engaged no one at the gym on this point due to a sense of utter futility. By the way, this town, where my husband and I taught high school for a combined 67 years, is only 16 miles from the scene of Saturday’s massacre. Go figure.

"“We were treaty so warmly”

.“Small protest was not seen by us, staged far away.”

Such laughable flagrant lying is routine. The videos taken during his visit show huge crowds that stopped Trump’s military invasion cold on Main St. Never before happened in my life, or if it has, I missed it. More rejection of the sinister liar is bound to be manifested right along, everywhere (I fervently hope anyhow - hope is getting harder to hold onto - maybe easier after Nov. 6).
