Trump tweets his anit-Muslim bona fides while his CoS is on Fox telling us Trump is not an Islamophobic white supremacist. The well oiled machine continues apace.

Did anybody mention the moron actually lives in TeeVee land?

Keep in mind that Pirro is a good and longtime friend of his as well as ardent supporter. It puts a different spin on his views related to her.

So what does that mean in terms of defending Tucker?

Mulvaney told CBSā€™s Margaret Brennan that ā€œI donā€™t think anybody can say that the President is anti-Muslim.ā€
Has he asked any Muslims about that?

Of course Donnie is going to defend these vile, vitriolic sycophants.

Pirro, Ingraham, Carlson, and Hannity form the core of the FOX Newsā€™ propaganda-pushing, white nationalism-promoting, pro-Trump PAC.

Folks often assume these tweetstorms are to deflect from some upcoming thing but I wonder myself if it isnā€™t just his fluctuating emotional state. Heā€™s identifying with beleaguered people here (he mentions ā€œTuckerā€ as well) and that seems to mean something. Heā€™s nursing old grudges too and being absolutely paranoid, linking SNL and late-night hosts with Russia. Thatā€™s just loony. So I think he mostly just woke up in bad shape. Not that I blame him! Wouldnā€™t wanna be ya, Two Scoops!

ETA:

Be strong & prosper, be weak & die!

At first this rang all the bells as a fascist slogan, and then I thought ā€œBut his dad taught him that crap,ā€ and then I thought oh wait his dad was a Klan guy and probably a fascist too. Remember when we called people ā€œfascistsā€ as a joke? Not funny now.

In my opinion it is all Trump has now.

Instead of talking about grown up issues, like the people massacred in New Zealand, heā€™s worrying about Jeanine Pirro and Tucker Carlson.

stupidest excuse for a president ever.

Well Donald is friendly with the Saudis, so itā€™s not that he hates MOOSLIMS, itā€™s that he hates POOR MOOSLIMS.

Why is the President interfering with the inner management decisions of a privately owned company? Especially a media companyā€¦First Amendment and all.

And some idiots still give Dems grief for avoiding Fox for their debates as if Dems are weak. Just ludicrous.

In others tweets this morning, heā€™s railed against NBC for an SNL rerun. This is bonafide dangerous ground heā€™s treading.

Political correctness and lying are two different subjects.

In a separate interview Sunday, Mulvaney told CBSā€™s Margaret Brennan that ā€œI donā€™t think anybody can say that the President is anti-Muslim.ā€

ā€œThey could be ISIS, I donā€™t know. This could be one of the great tactical ploys of all time. A 200,000-man army, maybe,ā€ he said. In an interview that aired later, Trump said: ā€œThis could make the Trojan horse look like peanuts.ā€

Fox is just one of the departments in the Ministry of Propaganda, so, according to the unitary executive theory, Trump is in charge of Fox.

One should listen to Muslims in a conversation about Islamophobia but one does not really need to ask Muslims to know the answer to this particular question: yes, Trump is anti-Muslim (of course itā€™s only one of his many racist phobias).
