If it was just about perjury, those charged, e.g., Flynn and Cohen, wouldn’t plead guilty in exchange for future cooperation, they’d just plead guilty. Trump seems to know there’s much more to come regardless of how he and his flunkies spin it now.

Well the victim amputated 5 ways, eyes poked out, burned multiple times, tethered to electric shock equipment and taunted continually. His heart failed, but not from any specific, identifiable wound. So it wasn’t murder, just a process crime.
