Bone to pick, AP. I don’t think “officially” means what you or Trump think it means. “Officially” declaring a national emergency doesn’t mean something Prez said or tweeted in passing, it means that he signed a declaration of emergency. No evidence of that in your coverage or others to my knowledge, so you can drop the “officially.”
