What he is really saying is that the courts should go ahead and abolish the judicial branch of government, simple as that.

It’s okay to have a few courts probably, but their rulings are all subject to Donald’s orders and that’s that. Think of it as the Zimbabwe system.

I’d wager that more than a few judges are going to get fed up doing the job Republicans in Congress ought to be doing. I mean I’m almost at the point of throwing things at screens whenever I hear Sasse or Collins prattle on about how unfortunate Trump’s latest blunder is but, sigh, what can you do? Take that and multiply by a thousand.
