Heâs dissembling like crazy because everyone in sight â even a few foxy âfriendsâ â are giving him shit. He made a complete and total traitorous ass of himself yesterday while the whole world watched. He was a sniveling, weak, lying, coward who threw his country under the bus while Putin gloated. It was his lowest low so far, which puts this sickening performance about 50 feet below sea level.
Trump has well and truly blown it this time. Mueller is cominâ round the mountain, and Trump just declared his alligence to Putin. Not a good look, and it isnât going away.

In other corrections: did he say âRussiaâ in the sentence? He really meant to say âLiechtensteinâ. These two get confused so often. So, he really meant âI donât see any reason why it would be Liechtensteinâ. Or âwouldnât be Liechtensteinâ. Whatever. Same difference. Donât forget, the President has all the best words. Fake news. The sad part is that this will probably work pretty well. The media are always looking for a âboth sidesâ narrative, and here they got one. When the issue is raised, theyâll now always add, âHowever, the President said he misspoke, and meantâŚâ
For low information voters that are only watching this stuff peripherally, thatâs enough doubt. Theyâll shrug and say âwho ya gonna believe?â and continue to mostly ignore the growing conflagration.

I do think theyâre swallowing this.
I am truly dismayed that this was the result of the 2p (eastern) conference with the GOP. Thatâs all this was. All the speculation about the SCOTUS nomination and the possibility of firing Mueller and this is what we got.
And no one from Congress, on either side, is stepping up to say enough is enough.
When a bag of ferrets on meth meets Sarah Palin = Trumpese.
