He is not only an incompetent, xenophobic, demagogic, racist, evil little man, but likely the least inspiring speaker to inhabit the White House since Warren G. Harding. Maybe since William Henry Harrison.
The vast majority of physician groups are on board for background checks and other measures. So if Trump wants to honor them, he at least ought to consider that heavily.
Doctors and nurses and first responders will always do the jobs they’re called upon to do, but it’s grossly unfair for society to put them in a setting that’s akin to a war zone.

Both of these people, Melania no less than Trump himself, are so ill-suited for the jobs the fates have seen fit to place them in, it’s mind boggling.
