Please wake me if any word of truth ever comes out of Trump’s mouth (or through his short fingers into a tweet).
Z-z-z-z-z …
Is the press going to hold him to his promise to give new information by Wednesday?
Sorry, just a little humor to wake you up, in case the coffee didn’t.
How is it not Treason for trump to be sucking up to our largest adversary on the planet?
Sweet dreams Rip Van Winkle, though 4 years should just be considered a nap.
When the hell has a president-elect ever started a public war with his intelligence agencies like this?
Am I the only one who thinks this is incredibly dangerous, not just that a president would not trust the people providing him information but he would tell the world the CIA, FBI and Secret Service (among others) are incompetent fools?
He knows more than them. And the generals. I guess we’ll see when the unclassified report comes out early next week.
Julian Assange said “a 14 year old could have hacked Podesta”
Was the 400 lb guy sitting on his bed in New Jersey not available? Assange in violation child labor laws?
What a weaselly, tap-dancing coward.
Bought and paid for.
Trump is perpetually confessing his guilt to anyone capable of reading between his lines… which are conveniently short on character(s)… every prosecutor and and criminal defense attorney out there knows it.
If Trump had a real lawyer, they’d take away his tweeter.
My guess is, there is no one with enough real character to engage with Donald’s own two-headed conversation, that interpersonal ego admiration of himself takes both an observer and the observed. It gets crowded when another person engages.
They KNOW he’ll tweet away, even if it is careless, maybe because it IS careless and callous, but no doubt, it makes him feel powerful with so little real effort, it really is ironic how few characters he intends to rue with.
The Tweetruler… or something like that…
Hey, you stole my line! ![]()
(Great minds and all that…)
You would think that one of the grifting kinds of his would tell him to knock it off seeing as they have international properties around the world. To a large extent, these properties have bullseyes written on them and the American intelligence community could advise them.
Or not.
Well, heck, then it must be so, because, well, Assange is just such a reliable source of information, with absolutely no hidden agenda whatsoever!
/snark
As long as we follow the practice of the WSJ and don’t call Trump’s statement a “lie,” all is good. Why, to suggest that Mr. Trump is intentionally trying to mislead us here would be, gasp, subjective!
Assange eats pizza.
It is treason. We’ve just been too chicken-shit cowardly, craven, or powerless, to pursue prosecuting it - for fear it might make Republicans upset.
Probably as close as you’ll get.
Trump IS our biggest adversary… or at least he’s become it quite recently, I’ve been trying to explain that to folks, no one seems to get it. Trump himself may not be fully aware of it as yet, Some shoes fit so well, they think they’re the foot.
This was totally debunked by every source out there. It is very disturbing how Trump prefers to live in his own revisionist history, fairy tale land and is not able to face the truth even where national security is concerned.
Anyway, in a few days he will release his tax returns, as promised. Then we will be in a better position to judge his ties with Russia.
