Discussion: Trump Cites Mar-a-Lago Club As Evidence Of His Commitment To Equality

There it is, and a bushel of feathers sprinkled with sequins is on its way to you.

Enough with the sarcasm. Trump even believes in racial equality for losers who can’t afford Mar-a-Lago, because illegal immigrants took all the good jobs. By the grace of Trump, people of all colors are allowed to watch The Apprentice.

I love the story of this family. Would that I were one of them.

Have you read the book, American Empress? Fascinating bio of Marjorie. Have you seen her DC house? It’s a museum now

Modern day update of Marie Antoinette: “… but for the less fortunate, I let them make equal monthly payments”.

Yes, he totally gets credit for building a club he doesn’t own because, according to him, at any rate it doesn’t violate the civil rights laws and is open to anyone with a hundred k to blow on membership.

Trump just said in Columbus, “I don’t want to make America whole. Whole? Whatever that means.”

And Mr. Equality (Better known as Donald "the draft dodging coward’), how many blacks and Hispanics have joined?

Asshole.

Yes, that’s what I read according to Amazon which keeps track of my purchase. Fascinating.

Already been done. It’s called the NBA.

Hey, it’s not just the members policy that is inclusive. The maids are Latina, the shoeshine boys are black, the front desk clerks are gay, and one of the bartenders is part Asian. There’s work for everyone in Trumpland.

You forgot the Jewish cook who makes the blintzes for the Sunday brunch.

The pool boys are discrete.

Just as likely candidates are the DEA and the Secret Service.

I’d like to know what kind of covenants trump uses in order to manage the residential developments he owns? Or how many of his individual residential units are below market. Or what the profile is of trump development residents.

Pay to play is not equality

True, the guard shack to the White House grounds has a condom dispenser.

I followed the links to his sons. The Donald’s father, Fred Trump, had a middle name of “Christ.” Explains a lot.

Also this: “By the time of his death, Trump was estimated to have amassed a fortune worth $250 to $300 million.”

So The Donald is not such a self-made man. In fact:

“Had the celebrity businessman and Republican presidential candidate invested his eventual share of his father’s real-estate company into a mutual fund of S&P 500 stocks in 1974, it would be worth nearly $3 billion today, thanks to the market’s performance over the past four decades. If he’d invested the $200 million that Forbes magazine determined he was worth in 1982 into that index fund, it would have grown to more than $8 billion today.”

dRumpf would have been drummed out of the race by now if we had Jon Stewart and the Colbert Report on daily skewering him, while the next morning the cable media religiously showed the mockery through clips like in the “good old days”.

Instead, what we get is full coverage of every rally, from beginning to end, of dRumpf’s bullshit without commercial interruption, fawning over how immune he is because of his savvy showmanship, and constant free publicity for the asshole because he brings up their ratings.

If this man gets elected President because Dems don’t show up to the polls, we will be soooo screwed.

I bet most Repukes are sorry now they went after Jon Stewart and Colbert. They knew how to take down a real bullshitter like dRumpf with complete ease.
