The fake news reported that Trump was outraged about the poor polls, and told everyone to lie about them. This was followed by everyone in his circle lying about them.
Trump insisted that fake news made up the polls, they didn’t exist. This was followed by him firing the polling firms who did the polls that don’t exist.
Won’t his tired ‘fake news’ line eventually get worn out even with his densest and most deluded supporters?
And now Aged Orange is insisting that his polls show him ahead in all 17 swing states. Mmmmhmmm.
But you assume that people’s positions on when to begin impeachment is totally dictated by their polling. While that may be true for veletas (PR Spanish slang for…windsocks?), I do not think this is the way to interpret this whole issue and who favors going full guns blazing from yesterday and who is ok with letting the oversight cases get ruled upon before setting up an impeachment committee which will get the same Fuck You We Do Not Need No Oversight straight arm from Trump and Barr. This Impeachment is hyperpartisan posturing. This is a witch hunt impeachment, unlike any other impeachment in the history of the planet etc.
Trump exists in the space where ignorance meets corruption. I think your description fits his supporters: some are as dense as mahogany, while others have suspended their reasonable level of intelligence for all things Trump — the victims of years of propaganda melded with an element of hatefulness that probably always lay dormant in their souls.
I’m not sure it’s correct to say that it’s the first time he’s cast his fake news ire at Fox. In March he accused them of trying to be politically correct, and criticized several Fox news personalities.
Just remember, the first person Trump lies to is himself. He has to overcompensate for his obvious insecurities by telling the world the exact opposite of what he actually thinks. I am not a psychiatrist, nor have I treated the president*, but I can tell you inside the body of a 73-year old man is a scared little 6-year old, still seeking his father’s approval. That’s what I call “sad.”
As much as trump hates to admit it, Faux still owns trump, not the other way around. If Faux were to truly abandon tRump and shift off their gleaning coverage of him and away from attacking his opposition, he’d be toast. So he can only go so far in criticizing them, and that fucking orange fool knows it all too well.
Intelligence comes in many forms and shapes and sizes. He is undoubtedly very dumb in many ways but he has a very natural,easy intelligence when it comes to branding,and manipulation. He won the primaries because of that. I agree,don’t underestimate him.

I’m pretty sure he meant (in his garbled way) that the polls of him vs. Clinton showed him losing as well.
