Of course Toensing backed him up. She’s his lawyer and a Trump hack.

Uhhh, Robert Mueller is not the deputy attorney general and he certainly did not just have a meeting with Trump.

The two sat for coffee and had a “high level” academic discussion about China, Clovis said.

C’mon, Sam.

Nobody gets out of a Doubletree without a few of those yummy chocolate chip cookies, amirite?

President Trump met Monday with Deputy Attorney General Robert Mueller, who’s overseeing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe,

Don’t wanna be that guy, Josh, but: Proofreading can be fun!

I don’t understand what the squawking is about. Surely the FBI has the right to hire informants and to spy upon people plotting treachery against the United States?

The indications that the tRUSSIAmp campaign was colluding with Russia were visible early on in the campaign. tRump himself openly called upon Russia to hack Hillary in one of his deranged “speeches”

I see no reason for a presidential campaign to be so sacrosanct it can’t be investigated.

Its just more muddying & churning the waters. A sort of mock shark-feeding-frenzy.

Oh, please, you lying fat fuck. The only “high level” academic discussion you’ve ever had is about what your 5th dessert is going to be before you go to bed.

“Page did not respond to TPM’s inquiries…”

“Starts with ‘S’ and rhymes with ‘pie’!”

Aside from his 50 lb head, Sam Clovis, from remembering him being interviewed during the 2016 campaign, was that he appeared like an honest broker, answering questions directly, in a refreshing kind of way. Just my two cents.

I heard this on Maddow the other night and I don’t know what it means.
Translation please?

Help me out here guys, is Sam Clovis…

  1. The guy who pays off a pedophile with hush money; or
  2. A pedophile.

Try as I might, I can’t figure out which guy he is.

Reading through that article, Clovis makes it sound like that informant who was sent by the FBI to the T rump campaign as a spy sure amounted to nothing. They talked about China, normal academic musings, and then they each went their own way. That is some serious FBI espionage right there!

So, if this …

“It was like two faculty members sitting down in the faculty lounge talking about research,” Clovis, who served as the campaign’s national co-chairman, said. “There was no indication or no inclination that this was anything more than just wanting to offer up his help to the campaign if I needed it.”

And this …

Clovis said Monday that his meeting with the informant was focused solely on the informant’s China research. Clovis claimed he didn’t think anything of the meeting, as the campaign already a had a “host” of people with China expertise, and that he didn’t even bother to open the attachments that the informant later emailed him on Sept. 27 with more of his research.

And this …

“I took a meeting like this probably once a day — I had somebody like this who would sit down with me,” Clovis said. “Literally dozens of people that had academic credentials that wanted to help and be involved, and I met with them all the time.”

How the fuck do you get to this?

Clovis, on the radio show, alleged that the informant meeting appeared to be “a deliberative and intentional effort on the part of the leadership of the FBI to create something that didn’t exist.” The FBI, he claimed, was trying to “literally like plant evidence or to create an audit trail that would lead investigators on to something, then they would have justification to go back to their FISA warrants and all the other things.”
