Yeah, I’m sure it did violate federal rules. If only we had a functioning FEC or an IRS that had the balls or resources to go after this form of money laundering, I’m sure Trump’s campaign would be up shit’s creek for not only this wee-little boo-boo of a “mistake”, but all the other phony charities he’s set up during his campaign. The one that presumably helps Veterans still has to be one of his biggest scams to date…Is anyone bothering to look into that I wonder?? Probably not. Let the campaign financing bullshit continue…
In a country that no longer finds anything wrong or illegal with non-adherence to any, even remaining, campaign financing rules, I don’t expect much will come of this unfortunately…and that really is the bigger shame of it all.
